I have been running CP for some time and the DB is not as clean as it should be (upgrades, etc) and I get the following error:

Propose change to handle this exception and continue processing dashboard as normal.

Added 'lowest' and 'low' priorities for notifications as documented here: https://pushover.net/api#priority
Tested locally and worked OK. Low gives no sound and lowest no notification.
