Improve sorting of files within a job so that rar-files will have priority and will be sorted rar, r01, r02 etc,
This supports streaming from the incomplete folder better.

newsunpack.py : pre_queue() function tried to remove extenesion for a second time.
This led to loss of anthing behind a dot in the filename.
tvsort.py: getDescriptions() should only remove dots from a showname when no spaces are present.
